Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 2.00 tbsp olive oil
- 3.00 c potatoes (diced)
- 1.00 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread on baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
