  • 2.00 c canned tomatoes (crushed)
  • 1.00 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp pepper
  • 0.50 tsp salt
  • 1.00 c vegetable broth

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Add tomatoes and broth.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Blend if smoother texture is desired.
